Accurate product presentation
Approved partners must represent products accurately and may not make unapproved medical, performance, compliance, or guarantee claims.
Channel review
Swift Runner LLC may review sales channels, marketplace stores, retail locations, websites, and product presentation before approving wholesale or distribution access.
Reseller requirements
- Use current approved product names, descriptions, images, and brand positioning.
- Do not alter product packaging, labels, inserts, barcodes, or compliance-related information.
- Do not create misleading listings, duplicate marketplace pages, or unauthorized bundles.
- Do not make unapproved claims such as “FDA approved,” “clinically proven,” “permanent protection,” or other claims not supplied in writing by Swift Runner LLC.
- Promptly notify Swift Runner LLC of product complaints, damaged inventory patterns, marketplace listing issues, or customer safety concerns.
Marketplace and retail channels
Swift Runner LLC may approve or restrict resale by channel, including Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, independent online stores, physical retail stores, and distributor networks. Approval for one channel does not automatically authorize every channel.
Brand assets and product content
Logos, photography, product sheets, line sheets, listing copy, and marketing assets are provided for approved business use only. Partners may not modify or republish assets in a way that misrepresents the product, brand, origin, warranty, or claims.
Order and account review
Wholesale pricing and availability may vary by product, volume, channel, market, and inventory status. Swift Runner LLC may decline, pause, or review accounts that create pricing conflict, inaccurate product presentation, customer confusion, or unauthorized marketplace activity.
